Louisiana Rep.-elect Luke Letlow, who died while battling COVID-19, suffered a heart attack following a procedure, a hospital official said.
The 41-year-old was receiving treatment in the intensive care unit at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport when he died Tuesday, the Monroe News-Star reported.
LSU Health Shreveport Chancellor G.E. Ghali confirmed Letlow underwent an operation related to the virus and later went into cardiac arrest.

I learned recently that a relative who is 38 and seemingly healthy had the virus back in February/March. She was a daily 7mile jogger before the virus. Now she has heart damage and doesn’t run.
Welp, you can hear the ambulance chasers from here...but maybe the siren is real.
I simply stated that I thought there was more to the story and got chewed out pretty good.

Not in all cases, but a certain percentage of COVID patients have exhibited myocardial injury to heart tissue.
My Brother was deer hunting. A deer drop in front of his stand dead from Covis-19. I saw a dead cat on 134. It looked like it had been there for about a week. Covis 19 killed it.
I was suspecting sepsis.

Covid causes severe clotting in some people. A blood clot can cause a heart attack.
What operation could be related to the virus?
One that he otherwise would not have had.
What operation is related to covid..unless they mean inserting a ventilator which I dont think is considered an operation. There is NO operation for covid, you cant operate it out its a virus
This happened to my dad’s youngest brother years ago. He went into the hospital for a simple procedure, had a heart attack and died after the family had left to return home after being told the operation worked as planned. My uncle was supposed to be discharged the next day, but died at the age of 46.
