I'm inclined, more and more, to agree with the 2024 nom for DeSantis.
A few years ago we were in the airport in Fort Lauderdale. He was a congressman at the time. We were going through security and he was wearing cowboy boots and I half expected him to balk at taking them off citing “do you know who I am”. Nope, just went through security like us peons. I was impressed.
Was on a flight with Princess Pelosi...different story.
I’ve been pro DeSantis since I first became aware of him, several years ago. In my opinion, he’s the best governor Florida has had in my lifetime.
I like Noem as well. I admittedly do not know much about her views on many topics, but at least she understands freedom.
That is a damn good place to start!

I agree. I don’t get how people think we can win next time after all of this. They will cheat until they win and even the Supreme Court doesn’t care.

I instinctively like her and have been impressed in the last year. Let’s face it - proven governors usually make far better Presidents than Senators.
My only prayer is we can get a MAGA candidate through and we don’t split the vote and let the republicrats get their candidate (Haley) through because we split the vote again.

I had low expectations for him. He has surpassed any rational hope.
