News flash!!! They don't have Prime ministers in Germany and never had. They have Chancellors, which she has been elected at, not by the people as they only vote for the different parties which make up the Government. They also don't vote for the president.

The Federal President is not elected directly by the German people but by the Federal Assembly. It meets solely for this purpose every five years, unless a Federal President ends his or her term of office prematurely - but this has only happened twice since 1949.

Oh yeah. That’s right. I forgot that PMs and the Chancellor and such are chosen by the majority parties/coalitions/whatever.

Their Constitutions are so much toilet paper.
