The unpalatable but inescapable truth is that most of us will choose submission selfishly hoping to improve our condition by behaving like the 18 senators co-opted by Mitch McConnell.

For those of us who love freedom, we must understand we cannot win this fight on the level or on the battleground you are choosing. Ringing calls for sacrifice or freedom ring hollow because our ears simply cannot hear. The fight must be won where it was lost, at the level of faith and philosophy. We lost our eschatology, now we are losing our freedom.
