President Trump submits a special message to Congress to block portions of the spending bill.
We have to wait and see exactly what is blocked.
My guess, the COVID payments to We the People will flow.
Porkulus to Foreign countries is blocked.
Monies to keep the Government funded past midnight Dec 28, well we have a shutdown and the Government minions are treated like everyone else, cept they may get back pay down the road.
After January 6 (??) we have a brand new Congress and all bills from the current congress die (???).
Will fake news report the Porkulus blocked by President Trump?
Will the Foreign Countries waiting for their bribe money be pi$$ed off?
