The whole purpose of merging the COVID relief into the omnibus spending bill was to put something in front of President Trump that they didn't think he'd dare veto.

He has absolutely no incentive to sign it into law right now.

That’s SMH that Toomey only wanted the $2000 relief! He could have demanded that the spending bill and relief bill be separated into two bills but he didn’t. And ask him if he read all 5600+ pages before he approved the bill! The guy is a snake!
