We have to face facts.
1. One Representative and one Senate member must contest the electoral votes to, begin debates. McConnell is a fool for not letting the debates happen by having one Senate member agree to void the electoral votes. It is a win win for McConnell as he appears to support Trump and his voters. But I assure you it would be all political theater. For whatever reason, McConnell is hell bent on kicking Trump voters in the teeth.
2. They will debate and you will need a Majority in both Chambers to agree to not accept the electoral votes and send the election to the House of Representatives.
3. You will not get a majority in either chamber. The best you can hope for is the debate exposes the level of fraud and forces Congress to take action. Probably won’t happen until 2022 or 2023. But it would be a major issue for the GOP to run on. By McConnell sweeping it under the rug, they lose the issue and Trump voters.
This is what we are left with because of SCOTUS, especially Roberts. The Roberts Court will always be remembered for being cowards. They will be remembered for destroying the validity of our elections and destroying the Republic.
This is the reality. Morris and other pundits know this. They will all continue to feed us BS to keep us watching. But the reality is PDJT was forced out of office by fraud and we are about to be bent over the fence by our own elected officials. Our government is corrupt from the top down and is no longer to be trusted.

When Harris-Pelousy take over the WH, their most important job will be to assure that there will never be another free election...
They will use their control of both the House and Senate to pass legislation granting 40-million criminal migrant vermin amnesty, money, and a fast track to citizenship...
This will be coupled with completely erasing any form of voting requirements enforcement... Age, citizenship, criminal record, and actual residence will become SCOTUS no-no's...
Even the voting lists will no longer be kept or used at polling places...
To save billions of dollars, they might even switch to election-determination by simply using the msm polling figures to determine all outcomes...
Sorry, I have to disagree a bit. The primary culprit is the state legislatures whose duty it is/was to decertify. All they did was talk... “See? We agree it was fraud.” without actually acting on it.
That right there is pretty darn slim. It would take "evidence" on the level of Pearl Harbor to induce both Houses of Congress to vote for that.

More than enough evidence on hand to demonstrate some State elections are illegal.
If the Congress folks ignore the illegal acts and certify Biden Electors, they are breaking the Law
1) Can they continue to hold their public office from a prison cell? Misprison of Felony and Misprison of Treason.
2a) Does the Constitution remain in effect? Can you pick and choose what parts of the Constitution apply today and maybe tomorrow?
2b) Does President Trump defend the current Constitution, or carry on cause Congress blew up the Constitution?
Very wrong on a couple of accounts. McConnell has no say in whether or not there is a debate. Pence presides that day in the Senate and McConnell has no control.
Two, BOTH houses do not have to agree to void the votes, that power is reserved to Pence. The house gets no say unless the Senate throws the election to them.
Then they vote with each state getting ONE vote. The House does NOT have to agree first.
Article 2 section 1.
“The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately choose by Ballot one of them for President;”
Pence is the President of the Senate. McConnell has no power in this activity except as a party leader, trying to stop any other Senator from objecting to a state’s electors when Pence opens them. There is no Senate vote. Pence will be presented with two slates or electors from 6 states. He must decide which are legitimate and which are not, or he may exclude them entirely. If that happens, nobody will make 270 and the election is thrown to the house.
That is the process. There is no Article 2 mention of any votes except Pence counting sealed slated of electors, and the House voting with one vote per state if he excludes enough slates such that nobody makes 270.
