Kwanzaa didn’t exist when she was born. I doubt it was popular among Jamaicans.

Somebody said it’s been around since the sixties but nobody paid any attention to it until the nineties. Harris a big liar anyway, just like all Democrats.

As I’ve said before, I don’t know a single person who has ever celebrated this ‘holiday’. I live in a largely Black community and work with mostly Black people.

Camela is a mindless panderer.

“Kwanzaa didn’t exist when she was born. I doubt it was popular among Jamaicans”

The “holiday” was invented by a African-American studies professor at the University of California at San Louis Obispo in 1966, Harris was born in 1964.

Does Jamaica celebrate Kwanzaa? Kind of. They do it for their African counterparts on the islands. The US does it with holidays like Cinco De Mayo, St. Patrick’s Day, and Hallow’s Eve.

But Kwanza is not a holiday in itself. It is the combined aspects of several different harvest celebrations such as those of the Zulu and Ashanti in order to start the basis of Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa is an American invention. Kind of like grouping our president’s birthdays into President’s Day.
