Rage Against The Machine – It’s Simple Really, President Trump Asks Legislative Branch to Use COVID Relief to Help Americans No-One Else

As noted yesterday, a simple COVID relief bill for American workers is really not a big problem… except it is… because the DC system is not structured around simply helping Americans first.  The legislative machinery is owned by K-Street and multinationals who pay for the outcomes they alone create.

A people’s president, Donald Trump, cuts through the chaff and countermeasures:

President Trump wants congress to re-write the $900 billion COVID bill to provide $2,000 per person instead of $600 per person. In essence Trump is asking for a stand alone COVID relief bill for $2k/person, then drop the $600/person payment out of the pork-laden COVID relief bill and start that economic relief bill over.

Most people think when they vote for a federal politician -a House or Senate representative- they are voting for a person who will go to Washington DC and write or enact legislation. This is the old-fashioned “schoolhouse rock” perspective based on decades past. There is not a single person in congress writing legislation or laws.

It is not just the Covid relief bill, it is the entire US budget containing everything any Congresscritter asked for, if his vote was needed to pass it. That’s the way legislation works - you don’t knock my pet cause, I don’t know yours, and we both vote aye!

The GOP is infected with RINOISM-19. It is time to purge the country of the GOP. It is time for another Great Realignment like the 1850s. The GOP no longer, if it ever did, represents conservatives. Either we take over the party or we form a third party. Yes I know a third party is almost impossible. Not true. We start with state and local offices and build from there. But, here is the kicker, the GOP will need us if they have any hope of ever winning another election. They will want to negotiate. They need us more then we need them. They will try to push $hit heads like Crystal and Ryan on us. But we know who these people are now, their masks are off. You want our support. We get a seat at the table. We write 50% of the plank, one of our leaders becomes the Majority Whip or Minority. We get our people on the Finance Committee and on the Committees that involve election reform. The only real way to stop the fraud is to take back State governments. Put MAGA candidates in State House to affect election laws. Not GOP RINOs, but our own slate of MAGA candidates.

Call the party Whigs, Independent party, whatever, but the standard would be MAGA candidates only.
