Provions in far away foreign lands. That has nothing to do with what the bill is for !!! He went on for like two or three minutes just reading these provisions
I can’t remember any president Certainly. or anybody except the house floor doing a stunt like this
I think it’s been highly embarrassing to Democrats and Republicans who live on this sort of “ writing free checks”
