I do not have any hope for this to be the case. In Texas, with Texas getting possibly TWO new House seats due to reapportionment, Houston area will get redistricted.

If any Conservatives are fleeing CA or NY come to Oregon and change it into a Red state. It only needs around 40K to go Conservative.

I think the Trump candidacy and presidency got a lot of people to come out and vote who would not otherwise bother.

After this anal, I’ll bet that demographic won’t bother anymore.
