I'm trying hard to imagine a scenario in which Gore told Bush he had to accept (in advance of the 2000 election) the results of the election. Did that ever happen? Can't remember it. But Hillary Clinton insisted on it in 2016.

... FYI when Obama said 57 states it was not a mistake. Everyone thinks he was just stupid. He actually was referring to the 57 Islamic States or countries which would create a caliphate. I would constitute that has projection.
