How to Prove a Mail In Ballot is Genuine (Jovan Hutton Pulitzer)

We posted him before a couple weeks back on FR but it faded. Now it emerges as the definitive solution to uncovering the fraud in the 2020 election.

Gist of the video:

* Ballot artifacts tell the real story. * Ballots & BALLOT SCANNED IMAGES (BSI) owned by American people, kept intact for 22 months. * Courts conjure up technical nonsensical reasons why ballots can't be examined. * Mail-in ballot processing leaves definitive technical irrefutable evidence.

1. Mail-in Ballots go through a machine.
2. Machine folds ballot and has rollers making ballot very flat.
3. Air blower blows folded ballot into 1st envelope with 2nd envelope.
4. 1st and 2nd envelopes put through series of rollers.
5. Envelopes with ballot are very flat, fold is sharp.
6. Hi-pressure folding creates microscopic breaks in ink on ballot at fold.
7. Ink breaks (kinematic artifacts) easily detected by hi-res scanners.
8. Mail-in ballots must have these detectable artifacts because they were folded.
9. Ballots that were never folded could not have been mailed.
10. Millions and millions can be automatically checked in a day.

Need access to audit, based not on technical terms, based on simple visual criteria.

Expected roadblocks and proffered responses (note: Dominion used as generic term, Dominion = Dominion, Smartmatic, ES&S, etc.; # = number):

1. Ballot scanned Image (BSI) blocked by Dominion b/c 'voter personal information' (not true).
2. If Dominion ordered to provide computer file of BSI, they encrypt it b/c 'proprietary' (play games).
3. Demand unencrypted digital images files AND physical ballots; they will be compared automatically.
4. Are BSI real? If physical ballot has fold artifacts, then so must BSI.
5. Check ballots have correct upper level encoding, specifications by election councils.
6. ALL PRINTERS HAVE CODE BEYOND EYE FREQUENCY SHOWING EXACT PRINTER AND LOCATION. <== This
7. ALL BALLOTS TRACEABLE TO PRINTER THAT PRINTED THEM.
8. Compare human vs. machine filled in ballot ovals.
9. Polls stopped counting, bulk ballots brought in, will show machine oval fill-ins.
10. Look for spikes, number duplications, time-stamp duplications.
11. Look for handwriting, machine writing, kinematic folds.
12. Look at # ballots returned, difference between # valid and # invalid ballots
13. Count large # of flat, never folded ballots, count # spoiled ballots.
14. Example, 3 million mailed out, 800k returned, 2k remedied, 798k > spoiled ballot #.
15. Provable, easy, low-hanging fruit pointing to probable fraud.

The key is to see the unencrypted adjudication files BSI and computer match to physical newly scanned image ballots. If oval is marked differently, then that ballot was changed.

Pulitzer also says he can detect artifacts from shredded ballots.

Side note: Sidney Powell has bags of shredded ballots.

Believe this is the ultimate validation method to proving the 2020 election outcome.

And it could be done in days (millions per day).

But the political barriers are not going to make it easy.

A good analysis, but here is even a better one....the whole thing is a fix. The only ones NOT in on it were Trump himself, maybe some of his family, and those that voted for him. The govenment’s role and goal in society is to CRUSH us.

A moral foundation underlies a nation’s ability to rally its citizenry to fight.

Whether or not the fix is in, a logical solution provides for closing the argument. All else that follows from the other side is crime. Uncertainty is removed.

Now is there still a chance that AZ, GA, WI legislatures will rescind Biden Electors throwing the election into a 12th Amendment process where Trump wins.

Armed with the Pulitzer solution, state legislators can angle for certain counties to be audited.

Bottom line, the Pulitzer solution does not harm nor detract. It can only embolden those that refuse to go along with the coup.

I agree that the examination of the ballots for folding would be a good chunk of the true story. Most unfortunately is that 90% of the hierarchy of the GOP don’t want to fight for their parties candidate. “here, look at all these phony ballots!!” “Ballots, what ballots?? Don’t see a thing. Leave us alone”. They are just as guilty and worthy of our wrath as the RATS.

But, how does it get in front of a good, common sense judge?

It’s infuriating that the Left keeps saying, “Where’s your evidence?” when they must know damn well that the evidence lies in the actual ballots and machines, none of which they will allow us to inspect. It’s that behavior that makes me think that riots and violence are a perfectly reasonable response to this whole electoral mugging.

Pint logs and database metadata for mass updates would be the first place i would look. The large pool of unreturned mailed out ballots got re-printed (always a feature), Then, got filled out and run thru the tabulator. The unreturned ballot owners where then updated to verify they voted. (simple SQL using reprint list as key file)
