It is in every American's best interest to avoid secession and keep our federation of states together. However, that doesn't mean that the federal government is the vehicle for exposing and punishing the massive election fraud that took place in 2020. Instead, this fraud is a local problem and it may be the homeless on the street who are our best hope for proving that fraud.
In my last column, I noted secession of some American states from the Union was the Communist Chinese goal, preceding a communist take-over. Rejecting secession, or a hot-shooting civil war, as possible remedies to America’s current problems, we turn now to ask, "What now?"
President Lincoln, above all other goals, aspired to preserve the Union. History has vindicated Lincoln – he did not and would not accept two nations, shards from the shattering. He fought to preserve the USA altogether, and it became the world’s unquestioned greatest power. Let’s not forget what the Union produces – the greatest prosperity, peace, and freedom the world has ever seen. You don’t get that from the divided, the conquered.
But if maintaining Union is required, how shall we answer the evils of 2020 that poured over us like molten metal from an upended forge? The answer to 2020’s outrages is Constitutionalism. To save the constitution, you must utilize its tremendous powers.
We have a Constitution. It works. Let’s use it.

Maybe for you who doesn’t get it?
It's not working I submit. So called leaders from the municipal level through the states to the federal level are ignoring the constitution.
When/if it a particular constitutional minded case makes it to the Courts, liberal activist judges toss it.
How can we use it when even our investigative agencies ignore the constitution? Our 1st amendment rights have been trampled, I don't think anyone would disagree. So if the 2nd amendment is to protect the 1st, how then does one accomplish this goal when hordes of laws restricting the use of the 2nd by multiple jurisdictions have been saddled on us?
So, unless you put it all on the line, risk your freedom for a 6x9...use your imagination. Juss sayin
Its kinda weird that I read the excerpt but still have no idea what the article was about. Long winded author perhaps. But if I can’t tell by this time, not much reason to click thru.
We need another Revolution. It is required of us and is plainly described in the Declaration of Independence. When our Constitution is amended,communism,socialism,Marxism and all its forms shall be illegal.
The constitution is no longer effective for the simple reason that our Constitution is laws and there is currently no law
California has in effect already seceded by becoming a sanctuary and abrogating innumerable federal laws. Ditto Oregon and Washington and possibly New York
When there is no law, there is no law.

The Constitution was an amazingly fine effort. But unfortunately it ( and especially our liberties and representative governance) have been neutered. It is today little more than a museum piece to which we give brief homage and then ignore the rest of the year. We’ve lost it, or rather we’ve let evil people take it away from us

This article approaches the Voter Fraud in this past election from a false premise.
This voter fraud was not perpetrated by buy a bum a lunch. This fraud was a massive professionally orchestrated nation-wide conspiracy. Paid for by billionaires.
Bums were not stuffing ballot boxes with a miniscule 500 ballots. Socialist Ideologs were stuffing ballot boxes with tens of thousands of ballots. You will not get these people to turn state’s evidence with a warm meal, clean close and a friendly chat.
The methods of fraud were many and diverse.
There may be a few prosecutions at the end of the line, months or years from now, but not many.
The organizers of this fraud will be protected. Not only by Democrats but by Republican leaders as well. This has already been shown to be true.
Judges in all of the thrown-out lawsuits alleging voter fraud on technical or procedural grounds. The courts do not want the fraud exposed. The governors certify the vote count knowing that the fraud is massive and has thrown the election to the candidate that is not the people’s choice.
As much as it pains me to say so, out (supposed) elected leaders do not have the courage or honesty to enforce the laws by which our elections are governed. When it is obvious that an election has been stolen, they look away and do nothing.
If this fraud is permitted to stand the Republic is dead.
The constitution is a piece of paper. If the courts do not rule by it, which has been the case for years, it has no power.
Maybe not stupid but definitely naive.
