there was a recording before that one that said there is a bomb in the vehicle

so they were clearly giving warning to get away from the area

and they wanted the police called

parked it outside a building where someone lives

Downtown Nasheville is prime real estate. People live above the stores/bars/restaurants.

I have been going to Nasheville every year for about the last 10 years pre COVID. Every time I go, there are multiple construction cranes, and all the free after hour parking keeps getting scarfed up by the building sites. I, being a cheapskate and not wanting to depart with $10 just to park my care for an hour, end up walking about a mile to get down to where the music is.

Why do I go there (Broadway) when I am in Nasheville? Because, I can walk by bars/restaurants that have free music, maybe 20-25 in all. And, you never know, some of the musicians are just good (and they are all good, there are waiters and waitresses in Nasville who are exceptional musicians), and a couple are the best you have ever heard. Rarely am I disappointed, and I just like the crowd which is normally very well behaved.
