Yes, but we are all but maxed out on white voters. We may not win the majority of Latino or Asian voters, let alone blacks, Jews, or MENAs (the last of whom are big enough in the Detroit area to swing that state), but Trump actively campaigning for the votes of ethnic voters helped.
