The Democrats, and the media have destroyed a whole generation of children. I’m sure there are plenty of teachers, and parents who have enabled this as well.

I grew up in the 50’s when Polio was a serious and REAL pandemic. My friend up the street (about 8 yrs old)caught it and needed braces and crutches.
I don’t recall ever being afraid of Polio because our parents didn’t tell us about it. They knew the dangers and what to do to best avoid the disease but never told us because their would have been no reason to do so save scare us.
Back in the day kids were allowed to be kids and not programmed as they are today by the scumbag Left from the day they first walked into public school.
Sorry Jasmyne, if you get “climate control,” Mom (and MAYBE Dad) will be paying $15/gallon, your house will be heated to 60 degrees and you will NEVER get an Xbox because Mom (and Dad?) will be paupers begging the government for crumbs.

Sorry, while polio was serious we are living in more dire times today. 2/3 of American families during this pandemic are living paycheck to paycheck. Sky high unemployment on and on. Small business going out of business. American families being uprooted.
New super strains of covid popping up. 2021 is going to be bad in terms lof deaths. It is going to ghet way worse.

Who gave Jasmyne the idea that the climate can be “controlled” in the first place?
It will be the people, not the climate that’s being controlled. Jasmyne will live in a government built “energy efficient” flat within walking distance of her parent’s workplace, a government school, and a government run food dispensary, where they will pick up their allowed provisions for the month. Depending on just how controlling dictator for life Obama gets, she may grow up in a government barracks and enjoy weekend visits with her family, if her parents are compliant and don’t resent having their wages sent to support a province in China.

If you actually believe it was necessary to shut down the worlds economy over a freakin virus which turns out to be no more dangerous than most others we have experienced and for which we actually have more and better treatments then I have some ocean front property in Kansas to sell you cheap.
It’ll be fascinating to watch the long-term psychological effects — if any — of this worldwide hysteria on today’s kiddies. This wholr “remote learning” thing is a scam. The teachers unions love their members not having to be near children, especially in urban areas where minorities are the majority. Discipline and keeping order are no longer on the curriculum.
The majority of those kids asked for things for others and

The toughest part of playing Santa or reading letters from
these kids, is that you can't actually be Santa for all of
them.
I often believe our leaders in Washington, D. C. are some
of the most clueless people on the planet.
It would probably do them a world of good to have to play
Santa for over a thousand children from poor homes.
Maybe they should just listen to the citizens they
supposedly serve, but not in the same capacity as I do
as Santa.
Actually help provide for them in ways that build them up.
Make sure you push favorable things for the economy. Get
out of the way and let the economy do what it's designed
to do.

I just lost a lifelong friend yesterday age 58 due to covid. He was healthy and fit.
You are the one drinking the kool aid.
I don’t recall entire nursing homes or nuns retirement homes being wiped out in past flu or sars episodes. Maybe you can post some examples to set me staight.
