To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks

Yes. Under current rules, Trump won’t have a majority of the house nor the majority of the senate to reject the “certified” electoral votes of the contested states. However Trump should consider changing the rules.

How exactly? I would really like to know. Congress has "fleshed out" the constitution starting with 3 US Code Sec. 15 to 20?

The last one seems to make as fast a procedure as possible and somewhere I think Congress cannot adjourn even shortly until all objections to state counts are resolved.

Any help?
