I read that the Dems tried to combine the two bills . Trump wanted a stand alone bill for the stimulus checks.
the only way out of this is for GOP to offer a stand alone bill and then hammer it home in the messaging that they did it and pelosi refused
short of that...GOP going to get screwed in the messaging.
I had not read that and it would be difficult to do.
