What happens if Trump says the election was fraudulent, and he refuses to leave the White House?
Congress cannot impeach him, because he is not President.
The courts cannot rule for or against voter fraud because no one has standing to present a complaint or evidence.
There is no obvious solution to this Constitutional stalemate.
