I just read a press release, from the White House, that President Trump signed this pork-laden monstrosity.

Thought he would...Let's just be practical. It had to be done. Let's get some money into the economy. It comes back.

I do have problems with money for foreign countries and a couple other things.....and certainly have problem with the big bucks for the entertainment business but...that's they way it is and time is of the essence.
