The coronavirus relief bill released Monday includes $250 million in investment aid for the Palestinians and for encouraging Israeli-Palestinian dialogue in a provision titled the “Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act of 2020.”
The provision, named for retiring Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY), is buried deep within the nearly 6,000-page legislative text.
Citing economic stagnation in the Palestinian Territories, and the potential for economic development to encourage peace, the Lowey Act would spend $50 million per year for the next five years. A version of the act passed the House in July.
The act would create the “People-to-People Partnership for Peace Fund,” run by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to “provide funding for projects to help build the foundation for peaceful co-existence between Israelis and Palestinians and for a sustainable two-state solution.”
It would also support projects that foster dialogue between Arab and Jewish citizens of Israel. The fund would have an advisory board of 13 members, plus two members “who are representatives of foreign governments or international organizations for renewable periods of 3 years.”

Sounds like a lot of bomb building cash to me.
We need to Flush our House.
How does anyone even Vote for this Crap in the first place? It appears to be long past time for Tar and Feathers
Sounds like this stimulus stimulates everyone except the American people
These thugs can keep their lousy $600
Veto this turd of a bill
And the RINOS go along with this. Insanity.....
I agree.
A democracy will survive only till folks learn how to vote themselves the treasury...(paraphrased).
Curb stompings
Bat beatdowns
They need to be scared of us again, they are not and that is the problem here
We just need someone who is willing to spend the rest of their life in prison to do it
Tar and feathers is not perminant enough, see French Revolution.
Cause they all get a payday out of it somewhere
Substitute republic for democracy and you have this figured out.
What ever happened to the Tea Party? We need it now stronger than ever!
There are 1500+ pages to this bill. Somewhere in the 1200’s I found a stipulation that budgeted $320 million to tropical jungle management! Nothing to do with Covid. Nothing to do with USA Stimulus. Everything to do with deep hurting. (MSTK3 reference).
Americans get $600.00. Everyone else around the world gets hundreds of millions, most of which will probably end up in the personal bank accounts of assorted corrupt “leaders,” paid for by the taxes of many of those Americans who got $600.00. What a deal.
Somebody’s brother in law probably will get a nice pay day out of that. That is why it is there

Above is the link to the entire bill. Oops - over 5,500 pages to the bill. The tropical forest’s $320 million is on page 1548.
Yes, read that one before. We are going to lose our form of government very quickly and/or the entire nation. This is all so sad. It’s like knowing the bridge is out, but you can’t get the cars to stop going down the road toward it.
The third tool is about bankrupting the nation and debasing the currency.
The obamanites are hard after their marxist muslim objectives and completing their coalition’s task....bleeding America
remember their mantra, it’s “Death to America”
pretty much says it all.
See my correction on post 17. 5,500 plus pages, and all the media reports on is “$600 stimulus check”. That probably takes up 3 sentences!
Of course then somebody adds in something like “$x,xxx dollars for small businesses.”
Then somebody else adds in “$xx.xxx dollars for minority businesses..”
It doesn’t take long for everybody in Congress to add their pet project into the bill. (There was something in there for wind energy too.)
