Newsmax caves to #Dominion and #Smartmatic. Goes further than complying with cease and desist; basically reading a press release for them. Horrifying.

I dumped Fox and tried to replace them with Newsmax. But I just don’t like their format, their sending me ad-laden emails, and now, their chicken spineless demeanor. What can I replace Newsmax with now?

So, all it requires is a threat of a defamation lawsuit to silence anyone?
I bet you won’t see Real America’s Voice or Steve Bannon cave.
I know it’s terrible to be sued, but if one of these people or organizations had the nerve—and sufficient legal funds—it would be a fantastic opportunity to get past the standing and laches arguments and get the evidence of fraud into a court. Exhaustive coverage of the discovery phase would prove the fraud. This could swing popular opinion on the subject and influence Congressional actions. Really, what is the risk Dobbs, Fox News and Newsmax are afraid of? Aren’t there lawyers who would defend them pro bono out of patriotism?

Fox was destroyed because the 2nd generation of the Murdochs are liberals and wanted Fox to be liberal. It became obvious on election night. Fox did not need to be threatened, it was taken over.
As for Newsmax I think they weighed the likelihood of Biden being sworn in and replaced by Harrball and what that would do - strangle the network - versus the likelihood of a Trump win. If Trump wins they fess up to being threatened and all is forgiven, but not forgotten. If Biden wins they are going down for the count.
Newsmax is now reading a disclaimer about Dominion and some other voting machine company. Alison Maloni coughed twice while reading it like she didn’t agree with it and was saying “Bullsh*t, Bullsh*t” through her cough.
cant believe im saying this but i NEVER watched Newsmax. Im not a TV junkie even though I’m a Hollywood guy haha.
They might get Bannon on podcast as it is a platform. I still remember some conservatives getting terminated on Spotify.

I noticed that today, very disturbing to say the least. Can’t really go anywhere anymore.

I’ve been retired since 2003, but haven’t watched any TV news programming, and haven’t for years. I might be old, but I don’t have time to spend on all of these independent news sites like NewsMax, OANN, or sites like Rumble. This past summer I started subscribing to various conservative people on YouTube, but after YouTube started removing videos, and banning people the closer it got to the election, I unsubscribed from all of them, even my son’s channel. He doesn’t need the lousy up-check I give him whenever he publishes a new Fallout 4 video. He does all of his live-streaming on Twitch anyway, so it’s not like he’s going to miss me on YouTube. The only person I still watch is Salty Cracker, who has been banned from YouTube periodically, but he also uploads his videos to BitChute, and Odyssee, so I catch his stuff on one of those two sites.
They should have waited for the lawsuit. It probably would never have arrived.
