Found this tonight
I am talking about hypocrisy. What is this 5 year BS. Are you insane or senile? Knowing FR I’d bet the latter.
If Newsmax could back up their claim they would. Ditto with Fox. But they must feel they have no proof or they would have fought. Lesson to be learned: don’t make a claim if you can’t back it up in a court of law.
I’ve followed them since 2013. Mr. Malzberg ran a show months before the official launch online. Then they added Ed Berliner, J.D. Hayworth, Dennis Michael Lynch and others to the lineup. None of them remain at Newsmax TV. Something went down and they all left. Dennis was fired on air. Malzberg was not renewed and so on. At one point they ran talk shows like Todd Schnitt, Howie Carr, Jesse Lee Peterson and so on. Miranda Kahn sued Newsmax in 2018. Only host left from two years ago is John Bachmann. Miranda ran off to America’s Voice. Malzberg is at RT. Hayworth might be back to radio.
Dennis tried a podcast then he tried a YouTube show but now is just working on a news website.
I don’t do NewsMax just Oan & War Room
Mark Levin had to do the same when she was on to protect his show legally after she went off on some kraken she hadn’t verified herself. She hasn’t been back I don’t think.
Alot of people don’t love their freedom enough.
This selective disclaimer game fraudulently implies that media crap without such disclaimers is correct or honest.
Start and end every program with: “YOU are responsible for independently verifying everything you hear, read, and see before accepting it as the truth.”

I like that. Disclaimer is a good idea. Too many doofuses out there swallowing the news whole.
Well Said!
The “Beer Muscles” on display at FR are silly.
Newsthud had the blurb from earlier broadcast:
https://newsthud.com/watch-newsmax-just-aired-a-big-disclaimer-on-their-dominion-and-smartmatic-coverage-following-fox-news/
Apparently Fox and Newsmax and Sidney Powell have been threatened with lawsuits. Sydney says bring it on.
This may be an unpopular view - but I don’t mind the disclaimers and content warnings.
Ironically, the fake news is unintentionally lending credibility to the content they are “debunking”. When I see such a warning on a Trump tweet, for example, my first thought is: “Aha, the President is saying something true and important - why else would Twitter be trying to persuade me otherwise?”
Funny story: when my mother was young (circa 1930), her mother censored the “off-color” parts in certain books, by covering the phrases with red tape.
Ironically, this made the naughty parts far easier for the children to find, since they could see gaps on the censored pages a mile away - and the tape even made the books fall open to the right places! It was a kind of tape that wouldn’t harm the paper, and could therefore be easily lifted off and then replaced.
I think the fake news efforts to censor with these disclaimers, content warnings and “fact checks” are every bit as futile and counter productive as my grandmother’s red tape. It may be unintentionally helping our cause, by drawing attention to the truths that the Left fears most, and by exposing their clumsy deceptions for all the world to see.
The fake news is making themselves look exactly like what they are: political hacks and propagandists. I’m really surprised they aren’t being more subtle about it - a third grader can see through what they are doing - it’s an embarrassment.
But there is far more dangerous form of censorship that is not a joke: where they simply remove content, bury a story, or lie.
STOP BEING INTIMIDATED, NEWSMAX!!! You are our LAST HOPE!!
I want to ask Ruddy WHY THE HELL he DID THAT!!! Did he think the Clinton machine wouldn’t come after him? HA!
I figure this is a ‘strategic withdrawal’ as a successful lawsuit by Dominion would probably bankrupt Newsmax. And that I doubt Newsmax could find a honest judge to try the case.
