CHINA’S government on Monday criticized President Donald Trump’s suggestion that Chinese hackers, not Russia, might be behind a cyber espionage campaign against the United States.

Trump on Saturday scoffed at assertions by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and other officials that the Kremlin was behind attempts to spy on federal agencies. Trump, without offering evidence, said “it may” be China.

The foreign ministry said China opposes cyber spying and has crackdown on cyber crime.

“The United States has politicized the issue of cyber security without conclusive evidence and continuously spread false information and thrown mud at China in an attempt to tarnish China’s image,” said a ministry spokesman, Wang Wenbin.

“We hope the United States will take a more responsible attitude on cyber security,” Wang said.

China is widely regarded as, along with the United States and Russia, one of the most advanced governments in developing cyber warfare capabilities.

Lol. There are entire books and reams of private and government studies going back a decade+ which detail China hacking, spying, intrusions, and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attacks.

But "Trump made it up."

Unfortunately too many American citizens with severe Trump Derangement Syndrome will side with the Chinese Communist Party.

We are living in the Idiocracy.

“Trump, without offering evidence...”

Opinion journalism. They always throw that in all their articles about Trump. Meanwhile Obama, Biden, Clinton and all the other Rats say anything whatever without evidence but are never called out on it. /spit.

The Chinese have taken over the universities.

The President of Missouri University, Mun Choi, is a member in good standing of the Communist Chinese Party.

He loves lockdowns and mask mandates.

Just about all the universities have Confucius Institutes to spread the CCP message.

Another “news” story that conveniently overlooks that Israel is the biggest, most sophisticated, cyber spying actor of all.
