According to Raiklin, the Constitution allows the disputed states to be completely stricken from the Electoral College
....if Pence should refuse to accept them....
.....ergo, the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink dramatically from 270.
President Trump would win under a simple majority of Electoral College votes, 232-227, without any risk of triggering a contingent election.
POINTS TO PONDER
The states worked together to elect Biden...... that’s the reason no state authorities want to order an actual audit b/c even one state’s finagling could expose the rest.
There is clearly some very real coordination between top state election officials and SoS’s, and their counterparts in other states.
