If parents are finally “waking up” to the dangers of public education I would say that man meant “COVID” for evil, but God meant it for good.
Every school levy, operations or new school bonds, should be outright rejected this year. This will be a huge backfire as a result of alk this lock down, online schooling crap..

This is a good thing. Maybe more parents will actually parent as opposed to using ps as a baby sitter.
When the schools were shut down because of the scamdemic, I suspected one of the good unintended consequences would be just this, parents realizing the leftist garbage being put into their kids’ skulls full of mush. Gives a special new meaning to the opening lyrics of Paul Simon’s 1973 hit Kodachrome “when I think back on all the CRAP I learned in high school, it’s a wonder I can think at all..”
It’s been going on for forever, it’s long past the time that we should have taken notice.
The left’s stranglehold on education is what got us in the position we are now where we have a couple of generations of Americans that are basically brainwashed marxists.
And still they continue to overwhelmingly vote for it. All deep blue areas.

Public education is little more than a massive jobs program for people who got degrees in something that ends with “studies.” They are definitely NOT about educating children.
My 4 little kids were in private Christian school from 2000-2010. We made the mistake in 2010 of switching to public (it was getting pricey, all that tuition).
Now in 2020 we’ve moved back to private Christian for one teen, and homeschooling for the other teen. The pandemic public school closures and “remote learning” was not the only reason, but the final straw.
And college next year will be in a red state.
With the schools closed for this Chinese Virus and the teachers still getting paid, this is a great time to fight for Separation of School and State. If the left can rally around Separation of Church and State , we as Conservatives , should rally around Separation of School and State.
