President Donald Trump has derided a report that he held a 'raucous' Oval Office meeting where he floated Mike Flynn's calls for martial law as 'fake news'.
'Martial law = Fake News. Just more knowingly bad reporting!,' the president tweeted early Sunday.
Multiple reports also say the meeting saw him mull appointing controversial attorney Sidney Powell as special counsel to investigate election fraud.

It’s surprising that the enemydia hasn’t ask President Trump to provide the ICBM launch codes.
Here is what Milley had to say:
“We, the U.S. military, we are sworn to obey the lawful orders of our civilian leadership. And we want to ensure that there is always civilian leadership, civilian control of the military, and we will obey the lawful orders of civilian control of the military.”
And he also said:
“There’s no role for the U.S. military in determining the outcome of a U.S. election. Zero. There is no role there.“
Milley is a smart man and understands the role of the military.
He is saying that 1) the military does not decide the outcome of the election and 2) the military obeys the civilian government.
No one is talking about the military deciding the election. The voters and the courts decide the election. The discussion is having the civilian government decide the election was fraudulent and then using the military to assist in running a valid election.
Milley has confirmed that the military will obey the legal orders of the President. And Trump is President.
1) Milley tried to railroad Eddie Gallagher.
2) Milley explicitly disavowed Trump walking across Lafayette Square and holding up a Bible in front of St. John’s Church.

There is no provision in the Constitution for a new election. Other things, yes, but not a new election.
Ever notice that whenever President Trump is accused of something, the media paints it as “Trump denies so and so”, but whenever a dem is accused of something, the mockingbirds insist an “allegation” for which there’s “no evidence”, or it’s “debunked” (although we are never told who debunked it, and in what way it was debunked)?

Well if he’s going to do it he invokes the insurrection act and uses the national guard which he can lawfully do.
Every verifiable allegation that Team Trump has made has been verified.
Some of the allegations regarding the culpability of various players where there are claims of evidence are being indirectly confirmed by their generally guilty behavior.
Some allegations would necessarily contain classified info that would best not be disclosed for a wide number of reasons, not the least of which is that some may rise to the level of act of war against the United States which could have serious consequences .
Some allegations are crimes in process. As the time passes and certain milestones are passed, the nature and severity of the crime escalates. For some, what stared out as simple ballot stuffing could escalate into conspiracy to commit treason as this thing unfolds - with severe consequences.
As an example, I believe at least one person who possibly had nothing to do with the planning or execution of the Abraham Lincoln was hanged for trying to help the assassins escape.
Lots of things are going on and IMHO, most of what we are seeing now is maneuvering and positioning. The maneuvering we are seeing has aspects of Rudy Giuliani's past strategy used to take down crime syndicates as well as the methods the military uses to prepare a battlefield before the outbreak of hostilities.
There are only a small handful of properly informed people who know what is going on at this point and none of them are talking. Or, if they are talking, they are telling us only what they want or need us to hear. We will just have see what happens and provide whatever support we can when the time comes. At the end of the day, public pressure and public support is what is going to win the day.
I found that story to be highly suspicious as the details of a private meeting like that suddenly appeared the next day in three publications.

You may be correct. Pray you are wrong. I have said many times that correcting this problem will be much easier and with less violence from the top than from the street level.
And I think you're incorrect. Declaring martial law would have to be nationwide and would last for years.
Trump should have exposed Obama and his forged birth certificate soon after becoming president. It would have removed the shine from that turd.

Look I have and do promote invoking the insurrection act which whether you agree or not is a legal avenue that Trump can take to sort this mess out. He has ample evidence to make this move.
