There is no provision in the Constitution for a new election. Other things, yes, but not a new election.

If the election isn’t decided through the normal process, then it does eventually go to another election according to the Constitution. Just one handled in the House of Representatives.

There is no provision in the Constitution for regular citizens voting for President to begin with. So there is no need to be beholden to a fraudulent vote of the citizens.
