This points to another brazen, pandering Biden lie. During the campaign, a young black woman asked him what advice he would give to a daughter who was pulled over by the police. Biden said, “First of all, my daughter would be white, so she would never be pulled over.” The fact-checkers must have been taking the day off.
Biden has looked glassy-eyed for several months; I don’t remember that he used to look like that.
Actually, many States do the same for first DUI, even in commie Cali. I don’t think this is a Hiden previlege. It’s probably the norm for the State. Still, didn’t look up the State laws so I could be wrong.
In reading the entire article, the DUI happened in August of 2019 and she was not arraigned until November 4, 2020.....one day after the election. There were drugs in the vehicle. She has a NY conviction of 110,000.00 on a stolen credit card and assault of a NYPD officer.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS FAMILY? Drugs, alcohol and stealing must be the family motto.

It depends on the state. In Georgia, first-timers face a mandatory minimum 24 hours in jail before they can be bailed out plus a $300 fine.

In PA you need one prior DUI to get jail time. She was also driving without a license and had drugs in the car. I am not sure what the penalties are for those offenses.

Don’t know but jail time in PA for a first time DUI is beyond rare. License suspended and mandatory Classes etc.
In fact unless someone was involved in an accident that hurt someone, I cannot think of anyone getting jail time for a first offense DUI.
