ATLANTA, Georgia – True the Vote announced today it is submitting 364,541 Elector Challenges on behalf of Georgia voters representing all 159 counties. An Elector Challenge is a unique feature in Georgia law (GA. CODE ANN. § 21-2-230). It allows a voter to challenge the eligibility of any other voters in his or her county if probable cause exists to show that the challenged voter does not meet the qualifications legally required to cast a ballot. It represents one of the few vehicles that states have to update voter rolls ahead of an election without compromising any legitimate voters’ right to have their vote counted.
“Ongoing debates about the November election throughout the country have Americans focused intently on improving the integrity of our elections and restoring the faith of voters. Today we assisted concerned Georgia voters in taking a stand for the sanctity of every legal vote,” said Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder and president of True the Vote. “It is our hope that this historic challenge marks the beginning of the great awakening of American voters to serve our democracy by getting involved in the process....

Good. It’s about time they went visible nationally with a court action.
Of course, they haven’y yet suffered actual harm. so no standing. If they file after the election, they’ll also have no standing, because of “laches”, it’s too late.
I think it only takes one legal citizen of a county that voted to file suit and he/she will have standing.

You obviously didn’t read the press release. TTV is NOT filing a lawsuit here. They helped facilitate Georgia registered voters (hundreds of them) to individually challenge likely ineligible voters on the voter rolls of their county NOW, BEFORE THE INELIGIBLE VOTER COULD VOTE and PREVENT that vote from being counted.

Props to the hundreds of citizens who are doing this (with TTV’s help to insure it was done 100% correctly).

Democrats deserve a taste of their own medicine. In my lifetime, the left has accused Republican presidents of being horrible people:
- Richard Nixon was a crook.
- Ronald Reagan was dumb and afflicted with dementia/alzheimers disease.
- George H. W. Bush was out of touch with average people.
- George W. Bush was illegitimate.
- Donald Trump was illegitimate.
And on it goes.
A judge will stop it long before Jan. 5. The SoS will probably file the motion.
