The standard that Democrats use for what is evidence, in particular that it isn’t evidence if a Democrat hasn’t been convicted, would prevent all trials and legal proceedings if widely applied.
It’s like how that scumbag that killed his 5 year old neighbor was described as a political prisoner by one SJW assclown since it is obvious that facts and evidence are nonexistent if they are against certain people.
