President Trump unlike many of us on FR understands the concept of timing. He’s not going to pull the trigger on the insurrection act until the constitutional process plays out which IMO is after Jan 6th. Everyday that goes by more and more evidence is coming out. More voting machines get audited. More GOP legislators get riled up. Let the pot boil.
