President Trump unlike many of us on FR understands the concept of timing. He’s not going to pull the trigger on the insurrection act until the constitutional process plays out which IMO is after Jan 6th. Everyday that goes by more and more evidence is coming out. More voting machines get audited. More GOP legislators get riled up. Let the pot boil.
this EO is different from the Insurrection Act.
To my unlearnt laymen’s eyes...this EO prolly needs to be acted upon prior to invoking the Insurrection Act....but I’m not a lawyer-just playing at one on FR here...
I certainly hope that your assessment on this matter is correct.
If this fraudulent election is allowed to stand, all remaining GOP legislators will quickly lose their phony-baloney jobs, as the Democrats won't need them anymore, and won't want them around to split up the loot.
