So did North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, etc but in all cases their State Supreme Courts were all in and ruled any rules changes were legal. Thats why SCOTUS does not want to get involved!

So did Texas. The legislature provided that early voting begins 17 days before the election, but the governor unilaterally extended it to 23 days before the election. The Texas Supreme Court denied a challenge to that change on the grounds that the relaxers waited too long. Over 3 million votes were cast during those extra 6 days, over 5 times Trump’s margin of victory.

If Pennsylvania’s, Georgia’s, and the rest’s electoral votes have to be thrown out because the electors were unlawfully appointed, then would Texas’s.
