Was the election to be somehow overturned before January 20, the Deep State would go Shock and Awe to finish the job.
In either case, The Deplorables will become The Ungovernables.

the article states without revealing sources that trump has effectively no viable military — ie martial law— options.

perhaps there is a “third way,” that is to say, a so-called “color revolution,” but led by non-liberal masses of the people who feel disenfranchised by the fraud.
basically, everything (except possibly emergency services) would simply stop functioning. imaginably, there would be plenty of successful examples of color revolutions elsewhere in the world from which to draw notions. what is good for the goose ought to be also good for the gander.
They are essentially sacrificing everything to hold onto what they have now. What matters is today. They believe they would manage tomorrow later. This is a typical first step of downward spiral. Tomorrow may not be manageable. That would be their wishful thinking.
They got caught believing their own counterintelligence lies in 2016, which stunned them all with a populace handing Trump a victory. That is never again going to happen. Elections are supposed to be this era's version of bread and circuses. Now elections are pointless. The state owns the process at every level.

At the very least, we have to become ungovernable. We are facing pure evil. They deserve the same treatment as President Trump received from the corrupt thugs in the “resistance”, except we are far more capable than the limp-wrist brigade throwing a tantrum for the left.
Consider. What would hurt the Deep State most? Where are they least protected? What would distract them to the point of immobilization?
You can imagine it. Never speak, write or communicate. Prepare. There may come a day. Or not.
I have a hard time imagining anyone becoming ungovernable while the poorest are the most likely to be obese. That sounds like a science fiction dystopia but it’s actually one of our unprecedented societal conditions. Along with things like everyone being the most passively entertained and the least used to hard physical labor in human history.
