The owner questioned Antifa as to what they were doing in general. Antifa threw a hissy fit and set his restaurant on fire. So I doubt the owner is smiling because of Antifa rather is smiling because he was vindicated as to the POS Antifa is. Might want to read a little more into the story.
Depends on if he was constantly being closed. Don’t know much about Oregon and the status of their lock downs.
