TOTAL BETRAYAL: Supreme Court Strikes Down Kansas Law Requiring Identification to Vote ... So much for the conservative judiciary.

The Supreme Court has stomped out an attempt by the state of Kansas to revive voter identification laws, in another move that will further disenfranchise Republican efforts to retain senators in Georgia.

The law, which had been heavily promoted by former Kansas secretary of state Kris Kobach, would have required voters to provide a birth certificate, passport, or other proof of citizenship to be able to vote. This would have prevented illegal aliens from voting in the state of Kansas and shown the blue print for other states to adopt in order to prevent fraud.

Kansas District Court Chief Judge Julie Robinson had previously struck down the law in 2018 because she claimed it “disproportionately impacted duly qualified registration applicants, while only nominally preventing non-citizen voter registration.” The new supposedly conservative Supreme Court voted to re-affirm Robinson’s decision on Monday.

Big League Politics reported on the Supreme Court’s refusal to even consider the landmark Texas fraud case as the judiciary works in lockstep to enforce the color revolution coup to overthrow the Bill of Rights and Constitution:

Texas Republican Party chairman Allen West is floating the idea of secession after the Supreme Court betrayed the people and dismissed a lawsuit against battleground states that engaged in grotesque fraud.

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 congressman, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law,” West said in a statement.

“Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic,” he continued.

This is when West essentially endorsed secession as a remedy to the broken republic where the justice system has been ravaged.

“Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,” West concluded. “The Texas GOP will always stand for the Constitution and rule of law even while others don’t.”

… The incredible disgrace that occurred during the election has mainstream conservatives wondering if secession is the solution.

With the “conservative” judiciary being such a disgrace, Republican constituents are having a hard time finding an excuse to circle the wagons around the GOP. The vote steal has shown that the swamp runs deeper than anyone could have dreamed.

What do people have to show to get the Real ID Drivers License or ID Card? I believe it requires two forms of Identification.

Why did I have to show my Drivers License and a second form of ID when I applied for my CCW?

It looks like SC is not going to touch states’ voting laws.

It looks like they just did. They essentially approved of a district court judge's interference in the legislatures right to set election laws in the state.

Yes, Roberts is a snake, who appears to be compromised.

Compromised implies he is being forced to do something he doesn't want to. It is far easier to believe he is just complicit.

Makes me wonder why we have to show Birth Certificate when applying for a Passport. Sounds like two sets of Rules.

“I had to provide birth certificates for my boys to play on county parks and rec soccer teams. Not making it up.”

My wife carried copies of our kids BC’s and shot records until they went to college or got married. If they got married she gave the copies to their spouses.

One of many embarrassing moments in my wife, I was the asst. coach for a grade 7/8 baseball coach.

One of the team we played had a 6’1”/190#er, who was throwing the ball 90 mph as clocked by our CHP full coach.

Our coach and many parents of our team members asked me to check his id.

As I walked over, his mother was getting her purse. Fortunately, she pulled out a copy of her sons Mexican BC.

He was younger than my oldest son.

I apologized, and she said that was why she carried a copy of his BC.

He and my sons’s became friends. For about a decade if he saw me, he would pull out his California Driver’s license, show it to me and grin.

Why do we have to show ID when buying SUDAFED!

Beacause you may mix it with iodine crystals (hard to get) and red phosphorus (nearly impossible to get) and make a few millgrams of methamphetamine.

All the while, south of the border cartels are shipping metric tons of the stuff into the US with chemicals sourced from China.

birth certificate or passport
There is nothing wrong with limiting ID to such documents, in fact they are much better identifiers than driver’s licenses.

In fact I had to produce both of those when I moved from one state to another, to renew my driving license.

That was part of the Real Id law that was put into place years ago and states were being required to prove, through the driving license that people who held them were bonafide citizens. In fact if you didn't hold one of those you couldn't fly on a commercial plane flight.

Oh well, water under the bridge as they say. We are now being fundamentally changed forever.

Let’s all start voting many many many times. Just simply register using multiple names, like 1,000 names. Nothing illegal about it since verification is forbidden.

“Elections” will now be ballot stuffing exercising to see who can stuff the ballot boxes the most.

It’s time for MARTIAL LAW. The President is the only one standing in the way of the total take over of the US.

I suspect he has been told by his Joint Chiefs they won't stand for it.

This man is the greatest President the US has had in a hundred years and this is how our betters treat him and us.

I would like to see a Constitutional Amendment requiring proof of citizenship to vote. Fat chance that it would ever pass though.

We are not the Banana Daiquiri Republic

Yes we are and we will soon reap the rewards. Maybe we earned God's wrath, maybe not, but our nation surely has.

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the governance of any other." October 11, 1798 John Adams

PA can cheat, declare the winner days before and count votes till they get what they want but KS can’t use the same security rules for buying cigarettes and beer to protect VOTING.

America is endlessly corrupt.

Driver’s licenses perhaps prove residency but don’t prove citizenship.

No but you are now required to produce those document to obtain a driving license. I think the Real ID Law requires that. Maybe that is just being ignored in most states because shortly after I had to produce those documents to renew a license they started issuing driving licenses to illegals.

Lol. The only, I repeat ONLY reason I know that is because a neighbor two houses down from my mother-in-law a few years ago blew his house up cooking the stuff. Nasty business, don’t see why anyone would willingly ingest the trash.

Stop it coming in from China or Afghanistan, not so much.

The local providers are removed to enhance the big time producers profit which raises the crooked elite's cut.

The illegal drug business could not survive with out the protection/cooperation of law enforcement, Judges-Politicians and banks. Once you accept that fact understanding how/why it works becomes much easier.
