Most Americans don't quite recognize that the exercise of the various God-given rights we enjoy is protected not by the 231-year-old document displayed in the National Archives, but rather by the fact that most Americans choose to respect the government and institutions that have been built on that document's words. While the police and other government officials play a role in dealing with outliers, for the most part, Americans pay their taxes, obey the law, and avoid confrontations with their neighbors voluntarily. They understand they are part of neighborhoods, communities, and a country based on laws that find their foundation (mostly) in the Constitution and values that find their inspiration in the Declaration of Independence.
Americans follow the rules not because of stormtroopers stationed on every corner [...] but because the Constitution gives them a say in their government and their leaders.
*snip*
But what happens when citizens feel as though their right to have a say is gone? What happens when citizens who already have a dim view of government in general have to sit by helplessly as they watch widespread fraud steal that right to say out from under them? What happens when citizens go to bed with one candidate comfortably ahead only to discover in the morning that in a nation with over 3,000 counties, the mysterious midnight machinations of a dozen counties flipped the election to the other guy — particularly when data suggest that such an outcome is less likely than finding life on Mars?
When citizens no longer feel as though they have a say in their government, when they feel as though their government has been stolen right out from in front of them, they no longer feel an obligation to live their lives by the framework laid out in the Constitution.

That's why we don't have or need rebellions to overthrow the country. We have the opportunity by law to rebel every four years by our vote.
I can't imagine the Democrats understand the implications of just having removed that opportunity.
They believe they have just hacked the system to elect "their" president, when what they've done is far more important.
They have destroyed the "Office of the President."
America happened b/c its founders had lived under a hateful monarchy which ruled by "divine right."
Out of that came "govt by consent of the governed."
It now seems we are relegated to being a Third World banana republic forced into servitude by self-serving politicians (who head Crime Families all lined up to slobber at the public trough, all bent on getting rich quick on our dime).
W what's next? A military junta marching in our streets ready to attack should we “dare to get out of line?
not because of stormtroopers stationed on every corner, enforcing diktats from above,
Stormtroopers are the first step when your say is gone...and thats coming.
In order to join the club you must be initiated, you are invited to a harmless gathering that is anything but harmless and this now puts you in a precarious situation and now you will follow orders, your deviance and sexual preferences invites you into the web or money
Right on!!!
Why pay taxes ?
All of us need to become participants in our local elections. Registrars, counters, observers. All of us. Most of these positions are held by wicked liberals.
They have destroyed your republic.
When a large political faction steals an election through various fraudulent means and gets away with it, democracy is dead.
The US is no longer a democracy. That fact hasn't sunk in yet. Wait until it does.
When the president is not elected but forced upon us, his directives will have to be forced upon us as well.
We have just experienced an act of tyranny. And for this tyranny to be applied in leadership, it must be enforced by tyranny.
The Office of the President is really just a symbol of the republic.
The horse is out of the barn. Elvis has left the building.
In GA, there were thousands of Republicans who signed up to do those very things. However, Gabriel Sterling partnered with the ACLU to fill 6,000 positions and squeezed out the GOP from participating in the process.
The corruption has to be eliminated from the top. Adding observers and workers means nothing if they can’t observe, or be part of the adjudication or signature matching process.
We never were a democracy.
100% agreement. My wife and I have become rebels. We will never accept Joe Biden or Camel Hair as president.
I never agreed with any policies or anything “accomplished” by Obama, but at the time I thought he was duly elected (not sure now.) And, therefore, I respected the office of president. But not now.
We pray and we know God is in control. One positive from this election is it has made it clear to most people how corrupt and fraudulent the election system is. And by extension, the major media which does not want to discuss the fraud or consider it possible.
We are now a satellite of China. China will remove all hope.
It will really serious when people start to say, “Their laws are not ours.”
The patina of democracy surrounding your constitutional republic is shattered. The republic itself is gone.
Add to the author’s excellent analysis here the ludicrous notion the Joe Biden* - Joe Freaking Biden - won the White House. This is nothing but the fraudsters spitting in our faces. A man who was incapable of garnering a single primary win for himself in multiple campaigns when he was younger, laughed out of the race as being a serial plagiarizer, a man so quintessentially ridiculous that Barack Obama chose him, not for his sage advice, but for his incompetence. Impeach Obama and you’ll suffer Biden, and no one wants that. And now, in his late 70’s, with a brain that is decomposing faster than a vegetable that you’ve forgotten about in your refrigerator, we’re supposed to believe he finally won.The fraud would have been more believable if they had selected Tulsi Gabbard. This is bull-you-know-what.
Funny thing - I never liked Donald Trump. I would change the station when he appeared on Don Imus’s show, never watched the Apprentice. Now, like many Americans - 70 million or more of us - I’m ready to crawl over broken glass to follow him in repairing our Republic. Let’s see how the next few weeks turns out but it’s looking like 1776 & 1860 around here.
