You don’t know that state legislators can send their chosen electors who displace the fraudulent electors by fraud election?
US congress has no constitutional authority to reject electors chose by STATE legislators.

US congress has no constitutional authority to reject electors chose by STATE legislators.

Well they can challenge them and if the challenge succeeds then the electors are out.

But in this case the GOP 'electors' are not chosen by the legislature so Congress can refuse to consider them without any problem.
