The Electoral Count Act (ECA) of 1887 says each chamber of Congress will separately decide which slate of ‘dueling electors’ to accept. The House, being majority Democrat, will accept the slate of electors that voted in the Electoral College today. The Senate, with only a two seat majority over the Democrats, will vote for the slate of electors that voted in the Electoral College today as well with Romney, Sasse, Collins, and Murkowski being at least four of the votes.

"The House, being majority Democrat, will accept the slate of electors that voted in the Electoral College today" Each state gets one vote in the House for this purpose. Republicans own the majority of states. But it's never going to get that far.

The RINOs are a real concern. It is very important that they investigate fraud in the Congressional races to try to get more seats as a cushion against the sell outs.
