Competing slates. The electors from the fraudulent election voted and so did the GOP electors authorized by the state legislatures. SO each of those states now has two slates of electors and they duke it out in the joint session. The state legislatures’ slates should win as the Constitution, if still relevant, states that the legislatures determine the manner in which the electors are selected.
