‘If 71% believe the masks protect why do they support continued lockdowns?
because deep down in the few functioning brain cells they have, they know that masks do nothing...
BINGO.
‘why haven’t the infectious disease experts ever recommend they be worn to prevent all other communicable diseases, like whooping cough, chicken pox, measles, mumps, the common cold, Asian flu, MRSA, Bird Flu, TB, Swine Flu, SARS, etc?’
quite simply, because there are no political and financial incentives to do so...
Our experience showed me, too, why some people may die needlessly.
The vague information we received from DOH & CDC basically said - you will likely have mild symptoms for one week and recover. If you experience shortness of breath - go to the ER.
I didn’t learn about the Day 5- Day 10 time period where some people can tank very quickly until my Dr. quizzed my timeline. People get pulled into a false sense of security.
I think the guidelines encourage people to wait too long when they could have begun a protocol early on to prevent the 2nd stage worsening.
Then if a trip to the ER is in order - people fight it & delay because they’re afraid they’ll never come back out & die alone.
71% are idiots
Amen. But the ignorance about this virus is astonishing. We have patients coming in asking for hazmat suits before walking into the ER. They can’t hear anything calming or reassuring- they’ve been brainwashed and are terrified.
Yep, none of them were tied to trying to destroy this country, take down a sitting President, and turn our Republic into a third-world commie $hit hole.
If two people are wearing masks and staying 6 feet apart, they are unlikely to be giving each other very many viruses, thus less infection with symptoms. I have been tracking behavior and rates in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Despite having over 700,000 people living in an area 6 x 10 miles, DC has had better Covid statistics on the whole. Stores there required masks of personnel and customers very early, most older people were wearing masks outside. Some young people were not, but in the last 2 months almost all are. When looking at BLM and related events in DC, many to most have been wearing masks. Most participants in Trump support events have not, although people watching from sidewalks or wolking around taking photos usually are. There were areas in VA and MD that were slower to adopt safer behavior.
If you look at worldometers Covid-19, US, at the far right you can click Predictions for each state. Each has 6 charts including deaths per day, percent masking, and percent following social distance. With the data there you can draw your own conclusions.
