OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan State Police have arrested a recently celebrated Democratic Party official on several felony charges related to voter discrepancies.
The Michigan official who earlier this year received an award from the state’s Democratic Party is now facing six felony charges for reportedly forging records and falsely marking absentee ballots as invalid during the 2018 election, reported The Detroit News.
Sherikia Hawkins, 38, city clerk for the city of Southfield, was arrested Monday after the Oakland County Clerk’s office noticed discrepancies in voter counts while certifying absentee ballots from Southfield. State police investigated and found that records had been altered so that nearly 200 voter files were improperly listed as invalid.
“Our elections are the foundation of our democracy, and under my and Attorney General [Dana] Nessel’s administration there will be no tolerance for any actions that undermine that foundation — anywhere, anytime, by any person or official,” Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said in a statement.
According to court documents, Michigan police found that 193 absentee voter files were changed in the city’s computer system to say they either had no signature or no return date, when they had both valid signatures and return dates. Police stated that after Oakland County Election Director Joseph Rozell found that Hawkins had submitted altered reports, his staff found the original ones in a trashcan at the election division office.
Benson insisted that the alleged fraud did not affect the outcome of the election.
“All valid votes in the election were ultimately counted and the final official vote total was accurate,” she said, according to The Detroit News.

I DO NOT understand that statement. If the thin happened on YOUR watch ... under YOUR supervision, within YOUR purview then YOU are culpable.
AND, it DOES affect the outcome because it clearly proves
1. Its’ possible
2. It’s likely
3. It’s intentional
4. It happened across an undetermined scale
5. By extension-the entire outcome IS unquestionably compromised
Only idiots and the media think there was no fraud in the election. However the courts have shown they are unwilling to overturn vote numbers.
When organizers of the fraud are caught they will be individually prosecuted. This will confirm the scale of the fraud but overturn nothing in terms of results.
Duplicate that face ten thousand times and you have the FACE OF VOTE FRAUD AT THE RETAIL GOVERNMENT “INTAKE” LEVEL.

As far as I can tell, they agreed with the WI GOP that sending everyone a ballot as permanently invalid was wrong. They then proceeded to dismiss the idea of removing those frauds because some real voters’ ballots might be mixed in.

You’re quite correct. It’s so damn one sided and obvious a deaf & blind moron could figure it out. The scales of justice have been weighted in favor of the deep state for too long and I have a feeling this election is what swings things towards righteousness. Be it the legal system, Trump invoking martial law, or CWII. The people are pissed. Thank the Good Lord for the 2A and the forethought of the people to stock up.

Yep. That’s our best hope but I believe they will run out the clock before anything can be done about it. Especially if she gets before a democrat judge.

OK, The small fry arrests for the Election 2020 fraud will then be made in 2022 (if ever).
With fraud on such a scale, the election should not be legally certifiable. The electors cannot be assigned to Biden.
