All the people they tested the COVID shot on were healthy people.

Some of the healthy people have gotten Bell's Palsy, some more have gotten neurological problems, and one 47 year-old man died of a heart attack a few days after getting his second dose.

So, yeah people with allergy issues should not take the COVID shot. In fact, healthy people shouldn't take it either.
