All the people they tested the COVID shot on were healthy people.
Some of the healthy people have gotten Bell's Palsy, some more have gotten neurological problems, and one 47 year-old man died of a heart attack a few days after getting his second dose.
So, yeah people with allergy issues should not take the COVID shot. In fact, healthy people shouldn't take it either.

Not "some" got Bell's Palsy, it was just 4 of 20,000 which is consistent with background occurrence in the general population and not an indication it happened because of the vaccine.
The priest was in Moderna's vaccine trial, not Pfizer's. He was 70 and obese. He got his injections on Aug 23 and Oct 1. He died Nov 27. Details here
