I can’t imagine that President Trump would set both those executive orders in place if he didn’t intend to use them.
Evidently he doesn’t intend to allow the Uniparty quislings to turn the USA over to China.
If he triggers Executive Order 13848 it will precipitate the civil war we have all been expecting.

Back in 2018 when he signed this executive order he had to have had some sort of evidence that there was going to be a massive attempt to take over the country by foreign and domestic players. Its seems odd that there was prep way before the event.
