I’ve done this for DECADES and it continues to be my reason for remaining relatively sane through all of this MADNESS.
Also, moving OUT of Dane County, WI has helped greatly, thought the ‘Blue Bleed’ as Socialist Democrats also flee the nest they themselves have SOILED, is becoming apparent. :(
I recommend it to anyone wanting to help America. God Help Us! :)
It’s still good news, and most issues don’t go to the State Supreme Court. In a couple of years, more seats will be in play, and for all the unkind things the NC Forum folks say about the state GOP, they seem to be doing something right regarding the judiciary.

Pubbies did really well and I thought Dan Forrest ran a poor race.
I agree and we have to watch every little thing that is done at local level and be ready to push back at every misstep.
I won’t be giving to any outside political groups or candidates. I want to see what it takes to form local groups and pass a hat for us to have meetings and funds to push back at these locals.
No more supporting the fat cats outside who do what’s good for themselves and wear the nicest suits.
I agree. Forrest was a fine Lt. Governor, which isn’t a high bar, but he was in no shape for a real campaign for Governor.
Dan Forest wasn’t as bad as Jeb but he was a little bit low energy.

Did you know that years ago, Jesse Helms worked there. He had a Commentary every evening after the news.

The TV station writer sucks. There is only 1 line at the very end of the story that says that the GOP took all 8 judicial seats.

Agree - almost the entire article was about Beasley, the ultra liberal Supreme Court Chief Justice - who LOST!, Praise GOD!
