No, America will not survive in its current form. If some semblance of freedom is to be retained, there needs to be a division - most effectively into four regions. It’s time to stop pretending it can again become a unified nation. There is no unity, and the concept of nationhood hasn’t applied to this country in many years. We had a great run, but it’s time to go into salvage mode.
America, or more importantly, the idea that IS America will survive. Even if it is in the heart and mind of a freeman being persecuted by a tyrannical government. The Republic that was the physical manifestation of those ideas has in retrospect probably been on life support for a while. If the leftists and globalists manage to kick the power cord out at 12 noon, Jan 20, 2021, it will officially be dead. What comes after that is anybodies guess.

The spiritual crisis isn't the conflation of Trump with Jesus, not at all. What hurts Christians most is the majority of pastors haven't been willing to, or capable of prophetically pointing out how demonically inspired the left is, their worship of secular domination and power, and their alignment with the spiritual forces of evil.
