MP heads campaign to have Julian Assange pardoned by Donald Trump
Sky News ^ | 12/12/2020 | Staff

Nationals MP George Christensen has exclusively told Sky News about his campaign to have US President Donald Trump pardon WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange before he leaves the White House. Mr Assange is currently held in London’s Belmarsh prison, awaiting a decision on his extradition case related to the publication of confidential documents. Many believe his exposure of wrongdoing is not something he should face charges for. Mr Christensen has created a website which features a letter directed to President Trump and an e-petition which will be sent to the White House. “Julian Assange has been a target of the Democrats actually,” Mr Christensen told Sky News host Brent O’Halloran. “Hillary Clinton hates his guts, obviously for exposing who the real Hillary was.” Mr Christensen said President Trump pardoning the WikiLeaks founder is “one way which he can stand up for free speech”. “I’m hoping that he will pardon Julian Assange, it’s the right thing to do and I’m encouraging people to do that with this website.”

Better hurry up and present your case, then.

I have serious doubts that the duly elected President is going to leave office anytime soon.

My brief impressions of Bitchute:

Cartoony, Goofy, exaggeration of reporting styles, more even than Liberty Daily.

I cannot tell if this site is involved in real reporting or garish and glitzy parodies of stereotypes.

Conclusion: Hard Pass unless primarily taken as entertainment.

I would personally pardon both, but I believe that Trump sees them as traitors and wants nothing to do with either.

I see them as traitors to the CIA, FBI, and NSA and not traitors to the USA.

I would like to see that, but at the same time declassify a lot of stuff that the FBI seems to want kept secret about the death of Seth Rich.

Should Biden be sworn in on January 20th, I would like Trump to pull the pin on a few political hand grenades and roll them down the hall for Democrats to deal with.

Snowden did INCREDIBLE HARM to the US. He’s a TOTAL SCUMBAG! Him revealing our tailored access method catalog (and other ways we eavesdrop) to our enemies (China) CAN NEVER BE FORGIVEN!

“Him revealing our tailored access method catalog...”

In case you haven’t noticed, “our” intelligence agencies are deep state enemies of President Trump. They are the ones who betrayed us - not Snowden.

And by the way, “bigly” is an ignorant word that President Trump has never used - he says “big league”.

WRONG! Snowden's first two stops were China and Russia. Our two biggest adversaries. THAT WAS/IS AN EPIC BETRAYAL, doing GREAT HARM to the US.

Well put !

Think Snowden’s action were due to his moral outrage over US spying?

Compare Snowden’s actions to the action of the Army doctor - Lt. Col. Terry Lakin. He also felt morally outraged over a “usurper” could issue him orders.(His personal view, like Snowden had a personal view on the spying.) He put his personal moral view to the test and suffered the consequences. He also accepted those consequences. He did not run to Beijing & Moscow Snowden did. They exfiltrated him out of Hawaii and have been paying his bills. They don’t do that stuff out of the goodness of their hearts. I personally think it was a joint Beijing-Moscow operation from the start. His moral preening about US electronic spying is just to gain cover & sympathy. It may succeed in letting him come back with no consequences. Oh why not, steal an election is ok now !

Right! If Snoden was a patriot truly outraged over the deep state spying on American’s, there were many, many media sources or patriot friendly people in the Congress he could have gone to. His phony outrage shtick does not fool me for one minute. I think his girlfriend at the time was a foreign intelligence honey pot, so yes, he was targeted and gave in.

Please post the link where I ever said “bigly“ wasn’t in the dictionary.

I just said people who use it sound ignorant - and they do.

By the way, “irregardless” is also in the dictionary - do you use that one as well?

There is nothing coming. Put a fork in it. It is over and the nation as we know it is done.
